If you need to return something, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date for authorization on a return. Items that have been installed are not returnable. If they are defective, please contact us and we will either ship a replacement part or replace the whole item at our discretion. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All items are packaged securely to arrive safely at your door. Upon arrival, open all boxes and check for damage or missing parts. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped correctly. If you do find damage or missing parts, please notify us within 5 working days upon receipt of goods.
